If you're an experienced HVAC technician tired of the grind, keep reading. Job Overview Wheeler Home Services is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining & installing residential & light commercial HVAC systems while delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly with homeowners, and is committed to doing the job right the first time. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation) Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Clearly explain system issues and repair options to customers Provide accurate recommendations for repairs and system replacements Completing system replacements as a part of a team Maintain proper documentation of work performed Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential system replacements and airflow diagnostics Familiarity with digital invoicing and service software Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay Spiffs and commission opportunities Paid time off (PTO) Company vehicle and fuel provided Tool Allowance Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits with Company contribution Retirement Plan with Match Why Join Wheeler Home Services?
