Licensed or LP Eligible We're looking for clinicians who pair warm rapport with clinical precision and the drive to help clients make real progress.

We're building something different - a place where therapists can do meaningful clinical work with the support and autonomy, they need to build essential skills to practice independently.

Our Practice:

Located in Rockville Centre, NY, we provide both in-person and virtual therapy options. Our clinicians have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setting that best serves their clients while receiving comprehensive support for their professional development. We require evenings and weekends.

What We Offer:

A varied caseload, including any combination of children, adolescents, adults and couples with diagnosis spanning from depressions and anxiety through more complex concerns such as compulsive and attention based disorders. Clinical autonomy to develop individualized treatment approaches. Comprehensive supervision focused on both clinical practice and administrative functions. Training in clinical documentation and insurance navigation. Support in developing your distinct clinical voice while building toward full licensure. Collaborative team environment with experienced supervisors guiding you.

Not so fun stuff:

Unfortunately, we are not able to work with individuals working in multiple group practices. All clinical staff must work select weekends and see clients both in person and telehealth

Our Requirements:

Counseling with Compassion requires all clinicians to work with patients in person, evening and/or weekend. We allow all clinicians to choose two Clinicians working in acute, subacute and/or facility environments.
