40-50 hours per week Seed Tech is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing company. We are a faith-based, family-owned business that is continuing to grow, and we are seeking someone who is motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with both customers and coworkers in a fast-paced outdoor environment This position involves a variety of outdoor and manual labor tasks including hydroseeding, ground preparation, irrigation work, mowing, land clearing, equipment maintenance, and customer interaction. Requirements CDL Driver's License required High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation to and from work Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Able to work 40-50 hours per week Comfortable performing manual labor in outdoor conditions Able to follow directions and work independently Good communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable using technology to help provide customer estimates Job Duties Hydroseeding and erosion control work Ground preparation and site cleanup Mowing and land clearing services Irrigation installations and repairs Operating equipment and machinery Truck and equipment maintenance Meeting with customers to discuss project needs Driving company vehicles during work hours (Company trucks may not be taken home.)
