The Impact You'll Make in this Role Providing coordination and assistance to machine operators in changing over their machines. Design procedures for, and provide training to, production operators on tasks that are transferred from maintenance or C.O.T. to production. Maintain service and track inventories of rolls and dies for the coating operation. As a(n) Change Over Technician you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Provide coordination and assistance to machine operators on machine changeovers. Assist in the removal of obstacles and roadblocks that hinder the transfer of tasks from maintenance to production. Develop and deliver training to production operators on maintenance task transfers, troubleshooting, and new equipment installations and/or modifications. Interact with customers (production, warehouse, office, engineering, and maintenance) at all levels, in a professional and courteous manner in both informal and formal settings. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws. Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience as a coater operator Minimum of 3 years production experience

Pay & Benefits:

The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.85. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
