Requirements:

You would demonstrate these skills: You not only come up with ideas to solve problems but come up with the solutions too. Have an entrepreneurial mindset to observe and identify opportunities and follow up on those opportunities. Your written and verbal communication is clear and understandable. Your listening skills are able to discern what a client is really asking. You participate in team meetings and are willing to assist a team member that is behind in their work. You are willing to do what it takes to make yourself and the firm successful. Required Qualifications / Experience You'll need a bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, a license to practice architecture in the State of Iowa, or the ability to earn one with in the first year of employment and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
