IAM Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to lead the upgrade and support of identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CA SiteMinder, CA Federation, and CA Directory, along with strong knowledge of authentication protocols and Linux scripting. This role involves providing strategic guidance, hands-on configuration, and advanced technical support for IAM systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the upgrade of CA SiteMinder, CA Federation, and CA Directory. Ensure IAM solutions align with organizational security policies and standards. Provide L3/L4 technical support to operations teams. Configure applications within CA SiteMinder and manage authentication workflows. Administer CA Directory/LDAP servers and manage data using LDAP tools. Implement and support multi-factor authentication, SSO, and federated authentication using protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML. Develop and maintain Linux scripts and manage web servers (Apache HTTP Server/IHS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration and performance. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Minimum 5 years of specialized experience with Identity Management Solutions. Minimum 5 years of experience with CA SiteMinder and Arcot (CA Strong Authentication). Experience with Linux scripting and web server configuration. Strong understanding of IAM protocols and authentication mechanisms. Experience administering CA Directory/LDAP servers. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PingFederate and other PingIdentity solutions. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Apigee, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Understanding of Privileged Access Management. Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and web applications (Angular, Java). Experience in software development or Linux system administration. Experience working in matrix organizations with distributed teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
