Duties Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and specialty sundaes with precision and flair Brew and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso drinks and specialty coffees Operate POS system Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide product recommendations with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and serving stations Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly Assist in food handling, food preparation, and serving to ensure quick turnaround during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in café or food service environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems is a bonus for smooth transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with guests of all ages.
