Ice Cream Scooper/Cashier/ Barista/Sandwich artist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
• Operate coffee brewing equipment with precision and care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
• Upsell products and promote special items to customers
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in a barista role or similar position is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas according to food safety standards
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Culinary background or interest in food handling is a plus
