The LLC provides online support for educational institutions affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including Brigham Young University-Idaho, BYU Pathway Worldwide, BYU Hawaii, and Ensign College. Please note these are not BYU-Idaho student jobs. Online Environment OLL Services LLC is supported and guided by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Individuals employed by the LLC are expected to support the missions, values, and standards of the institutions to which they are assigned to work. All employees are required to agree to maintain the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as defined by the Institutional Honor Codes and other applicable policies, both on and off campus, 24 hours a day. Position Summary This is an interest list posting for Online Graders, Teaching Assistants, and Tutors in Information Technology and Software Development. Candidates will be considered as vacancies arise in future academic terms. Support Staff apply their skill and subject matter expertise to grade, tutor, provide feedback of student work, and coordinate with online instructors.

Responsibilities include:

Utilizing university and department-level procedures and materials to evaluate student work (including use of rubrics and department-created and maintained feedback templates) Ensuring feedback is actionable, timely, and meets established accuracy and quality standards Using authoritative content expertise to respond quickly to student questions and concerns about assignment scoring Coordinating with appropriate supervisors for quick resolution and fair determination of student performance Participating regularly in training courses and/or training meetings to receive additional guidance and feedback Using feedback received through training and regular quality assurance checks from the evaluation team and department leadership to improve performance Gaining a strong understanding of and commitment to BYU-Pathway Worldwide's student population as they matriculate to BYU-Idaho or Ensign College Performing other duties as assigned in support of the academic process This is a temporary

• part-time position working on a 7-week block schedule (based on student enrollment).

Online Support Staff work remotely and those hired must reside in and physically perform work from Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, or Utah. They must also be able to provide their own work space free from distractions with working computer, headset, and reliable internet. This position is hourly and benefits are not provided.

• Temporary employees are initially hired for one term with the possibility of subsequent work assignments based on performance and student enrollment.

There may be terms when work is not available.

Compensation:

$19.75/hour for those with a bachelor's degree or higher. $17.00/hour for those with an associate's degree. $14.00 an hour for those without a degree.

Position-Specific Skills and Experience NOTE:

An applicant's resume and transcripts will be used to determine eligibility for grading one or more online courses related to IT and Software Development. To assist with this effort, please clearly reflect relevant education, professional work, and skills/technologies on your resume. Successful candidates will have studied in an IT and Software Development-related field demonstrating strong academic performance; relevant coursework or certificates may be considered. Demonstrated subject matter expertise. Preferred experience with online teaching/learning, especially with at-risk learners. High accuracy and efficiency in following strict procedures and guidelines. Strong focus and cognitive endurance, even with repetitive or complex tasks. Adaptability to new processes, procedures, and technologies. Excellent interpersonal skills: professional, respectful, and unbiased in sensitive situations. Proven reliability and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and discipline-specific software. The ECO indicates to the university whether applicants for employment and personnel are cleared or not cleared ecclesiastically.
