THE PAY:

IHSS (You need to be a current IHSS Provider)

YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

HOYER LIFT

• You MUST know how to use a Manual Hoyer-Lift ⋆

DRAWSHEET

• You MUST know how to turn someone using a Drawsheet (folded or not) ⋆

TRANSFERS

• You need to have the ability to perform bed to wheelchair transfers and vice-versa using a Manual Hoyer-Lift ⋆

DRESSING

• You MUST have experience dressing a patient as well as putting on compression socks ⋆

DIAPERING/CLEANING

• You MUST have Disimpaction Bowel Program and Diapering/Cleaning Experience of a Paralyzed Patient ⋆

WOUND CARE

• You MUST have wound care experience and be able to follow RN directions This position does
• NOT•require any driving, cooking, or companionship.

CNA or Caregiver Equivalent with "Experience" who is a current IHSS Provider with valid provider number. You MUST be someone with Good Work Ethic

• Someone who is "Reliable" and actually shows up "ON TIME" (I've had my share of flakes/crazies from this platform so just be a good person who wants to work) My home is a very chill work environment to work in.

Stress Free / Drama Free, and I like to keep it that way. I have developed a very efficient and solid work routine for you to follow and you can get the hang of it in a couple of days. This is a part time position and it has a guaranteed 1-year minimum duration. So there is a guarantee of work for you.
