Experience and Education Required/Preferred Prior Experience working within Manufacturing environment preferred Prior Experience in matching stains & paints preferred High School Diploma and or equivalent Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Good math and measurement skills required Basic reading and comprehension skills required Must achieve required color testing score Reasoning Ability Ability to determine correct processes regarding standard batch making procedures as instructed in initial training The ability to work without continuous supervision while completing assigned projects
