Role:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RBTs Drive clinic-wide clinical quality and learner outcomes Oversee caseload distribution and supervision standards Partner with Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic performance Build a culture rooted in accountability, growth, and collaboration Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development Represent Stride in the local community
