Position Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant's issues Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards Manage C omputerized Maintenance Management System ( CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
