Part-Time, Non-Exempt Position Description:

You will serve as the Assistant Racquet Pro at Butterfield Country Club on a parttime, reporting to the Director of Racquet Sports. You will be responsible for all functions as described in the attached job description, which may be amended, changed, or added to at the discretion of the Director of Racquet Sports or the General Manager.

Hourly Rate:

Your hourly rate for all non-lesson Assistant Racquet Pro duties will be Twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour. Our Paycom App will be used for punching in and also for tracking hours worked.

Lesson Rate:

For lessons taught, the rate will be discussed with the Director of Racquets and you will be paid per hour taught, consistent with the Club's lesson pool calculation. The Director of Racquets will allocate the payrate for your lessons given on your Paycom timecard.

Weekly Hours:

Your work per week will be determined by the Director of Racquets.

Private Lesson Restriction:

Private lessons at Butterfield CC for non-members are prohibited, except when is there is expectation approved by the General Manager.

Annual Training and Development:

The Club will provide financial support for approved annual training and professional development opportunities as approved by the Director of Racquets. Support is subject to continued employment and active participation.

Retirement Plan:

Once you are eligible, you will be allowed to participate in the -Club's 401K program as allowed for Club employees. The plan allows the Club to match up to 100% of employee salary deferral contributions to 3% of pay, plus 50% of-salary def.erral contribution from 3-5% of pay for the payroll period. To qualify, you must work at least 1,000 hours in your first year of employment, and at least 500 hours in each of two consecutive years thereafter. Paid Leave Time (PLT): You will begin accruing Paid Leave Time {PLT) after ninety (90) days of employment and will be eligible to use any accrued PLT upon reaching your 90-day anniversary.

Meals:

You will be provided with appropriate meals as allowed in the employee handbook.
