Deliver engaging and informative cosmetology lessons to students. Demonstrate techniques in hair, skin, and nail care to enhance student learning. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth. Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum. Assist in the development of course materials and lesson plans. Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies. Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to school initiatives.

Requirements:

Valid Illinois cosmetology instructor license required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cosmetology field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring beauty professionals. Ability to adapt to various learning styles and student needs. Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
