Shift Pay:

$20-$23/hr — training available Role summary Operate rolling tables, trimming machines, and finishing tools to produce elements while meeting safety, quality, and productivity targets in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. Key responsibilities Operate element machines; load and unload materials and products. Inspect incoming and in‑process parts for defects; document serial numbers, scrap, and rejects. Record production data and process checks accurately. Verify glue application and perform manual trimming to expose serial numbers. Conduct leak testing, dimensional checks, and visual inspections using calibrated tools. Report recurring defect trends and support rework and cleanup as needed. Essential skills Basic tool knowledge and attention to detail. Commitment to safety and following procedures. Teamwork and willingness to learn; prior manufacturing experience a plus. Physical requirements Standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, moderate lifting, evening or overnight availability.
