Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Immigration Paralegal to join our team in Massachusetts. This role will support attorneys in preparing and managing a variety of immigration matters, with a primary focus on EB-5, re-entry permits, employment-based applications, and family-based petitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft immigration-related documents, including declarations, legal correspondence, and supporting exhibits Complete and review immigration forms (e.g., I-526, I-829, I-131, I-140, I-130, I-485, etc.) for accuracy and completeness Review and organize client documents; identify missing or inconsistent information Communicate directly with clients as needed to request documents, ask clarifying questions, and provide case status updates Manage case deadlines and maintain organized physical and electronic files Assist with filing and tracking submissions to
USCIS/National Visa Center Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (required) Prior experience in immigration law is preferred but not required
  • candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Must be able to read and understand Chinese (Mandarin) and communicate effectively in Chinese (both written and spoken)
