We will provide the affluent market with a full range of customized consulting services and design the most suitable plan for clients through one-on-one VIP service that guarantees a clear and smooth petition process and content.Company Website:

- Facilitate effective consultation and communication with clients via phone or in-person, ensuring that their immigration needs, backgrounds, and conditions are fully understood. Accurately evaluate each client's unique needs and develop personalized immigration plans accordingly.
- Oversee the management of various U.S. employment and investment-based immigration cases, including but not limited to EB-1A, NIW, EB-5, E-2, and L-1 visa applications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively assisting attorneys and clients to address any issues that may arise during the petition process.
- Explain materials to clients in a clear and patient manner, ensuring that the petition process is smooth and easily understood.
- Conduct market research and create quantitative analysis reports to support business expansion efforts.
- Review and provide opinions on expert and reference letters, as well as draft sophisticated documents.
- Translate contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Research and apply USCIS policies and procedures, as well as relevant statutes, case laws, and regulations specific to various immigration categories.
- Actively seek out new clients by arranging, organizing, and attending immigration marketing events.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is highly preferred.
- Open to learning, dedicated to improving, and committed to excellence.
