Implant Treatment Coordinator (Full-Arch / High-Value Case Specialist) Dental Care of Sterling
  • Sterling, IL Full-Time About the Practice Dental Care of Sterling is seeking an experienced Implant Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident handling high-value treatment plans, building strong patient relationships, and guiding patients through the treatment acceptance process from consultation to case closure. The practice is looking for a polished, patient-focused professional with strong experience in implants and full-arch dentistry who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Responsibilities Present and explain implant and full-arch treatment plans with confidence and professionalism Build trust with patients throughout the consultation and treatment process Follow up with pending treatment and support case acceptance goals Coordinate scheduling and ongoing patient communication Discuss financing options and help patients navigate payment solutions Manage inbound and outbound patient communication Track and manage patient leads within the lead management platform Maintain accurate documentation within Curve Dental software Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Qualifications 4-5 years of Treatment Coordinator experience required Strong implant and full-arch case experience required Proven ability to present and close high-value dental treatment plans Experience discussing financing and payment options with patients Familiarity with dental software systems; Curve Dental experience preferred Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Strong understanding of patient conversion and case acceptance processes Compensation Competitive compensation package including base salary plus bonuses, with total earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $200,000+ annually based on experience, production performance, case acceptance, and overall fit.
