Job Description

Job Overview Join our compassionate team as an In-Home Care Provider for Adults and Elderly individuals, where your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This rewarding role involves providing personalized, respectful care to promote independence, safety, and well-being in a home or community setting. You will be an essential part of creating a supportive environment that empowers clients to live comfortably and confidently. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will help foster a positive experience for every individual under your care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs safely to support mobility and prevent injury Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Support clients with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's or dementia through memory care techniques and engagement activities Observe client's habits or changes in behavior to help care teams to update needs Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including first aid, CPR certification, and proper documentation of client care activities Experience Prior experience working in an in-home environment or assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental or physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or dementia-related conditions Experience providing long-term care or hospice support is advantageous Familiarity to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for client transfers or mobility assistance Strong communication skills to coordinate with families, caregivers, and care teams effectively Join us in delivering compassionate care that transforms lives!
