In-Home Caregiver (CNA / HHA / STNA) - Immediate Openings Springfield, OH & Surrounding Areas Now hiring for 12-hour daytime shifts, plus shorter and weekend options. Pay & Benefits $14.50 - $17.50 per hour Scheduled pay increases starting at 90 days Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends) Work assignments near your home whenever possible Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive, respectful team environment Current Needs Daytime 12-hour shifts (immediate openings) Additional shorter shifts available Weekend availability highly valued ❤ What You'll Do Provide companionship and support to clients Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Help with errands such as grocery shopping Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments What We're Looking For A dependable and caring attitude Ability to complete pre-employment screening, in accordance with applicable laws Authorization to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for applicable assignments) No prior caregiving experience required — training provided Work Location This position is based out of our Dayton, OH office and serves clients throughout Springfield, Lebanon and nearby communities.
