Responsibility Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and positioning as needed. Perform light housekeeping, and run errands, enter expenses in a spreadsheet Shift is Mondays and Fridays each week, 3.5-4hrs a day Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required. Additional days and hours may be assigned to the caregiver. Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals Follow all safety protocols and care plans established by medical teams or family members Medications management according to prescribed schedules. Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Skills Caregiving experience a plus but not required Knowledge of meal prep Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and follow detailed care plan
