What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities Based on each client's individualized care plan, daily duties typically include:

Personal & Mobility Care:

Assisting with hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, and safe physical transfers.

Household Management:

Performing light housekeeping, preparing dietary-specific meals if needed, and providing transportation for errands or medical appointments.

Health & Safety:

Administering medication reminders (non-clinical), logging daily activities, and promptly reporting any changes in the client's condition.

Companionship & Support:

Fostering meaningful engagement, advocating for client independence, and providing reliable respite for family caregivers.

Current Opening:

Part-Time Morning Shift (14 Hours/Week) Monday

AM Qualifications:

We are seeking compassionate, dependable professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care. Prior experience is a plus, but your character, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most! : High school diploma (or equivalent). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support. Ability to accurately follow written care plans and verbal instructions. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and staff. Holiday Pay:

1.5x standard rate for holiday shifts

Hours:

Full Time/Part Time/PRN Shifts:

Varies by client (Weekdays, Weekends, Days, and Evenings.
