Responsibilities As a Sage caregiver, you will: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Support safe transfers and mobility equipment Provide dementia and memory-care support Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe home environment Monitor and report changes in condition Document care accurately and professionally Provide companionship and emotional reassurance Your reliability directly impacts client safety and family trust. Qualifications Prior home care, assisted living, nursing home, or hospice experience preferred Experience with dementia care strongly valued Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently in clients' homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional communication and emotional maturity Ability to pass background clearance Proof of a negative TB test (current within state-required timeframe) is required prior to working Attendance and reliability are essential job functions.
