Position Summary As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are currently hiring for urgent cases requiring around-the-clock care, offering opportunities for consistent and extended hours. You will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and companionship while building meaningful relationships with those you serve. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Support clients with mobility and ensure a safe environment Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring Offer companionship and emotional support Assist with transfers and physical support as needed Follow individualized care plans and agency standards Qualifications Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience required CNA/MA preferred but not required Valid Pennsylvania driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to travel within the service area Must pass background checks Knowledge of dementia and hospice care preferred Ability to perform lifting and physical assistance when required Availability for potential overnight, extended, and 24-hour shifts preferred Flexible availability based on client needs Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Why Join Acti-Kare?
