Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care and support. This vital role involves providing attentive, respectful, and comprehensive assistance to promote independence, safety, and well-being within clients' homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be a trusted partner in delivering high-quality care tailored to each person's unique needs, fostering a warm and supportive environment that encourages dignity and comfort. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Administer medications accurately following prescribed care plans while maintaining HIPAA compliance for privacy protection Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and balanced diets tailored to dietary restrictions or preferences Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation Utilize specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts safely for patient transfers and mobility assistance Conduct patient observation to identify changes in condition or behavior, reporting concerns promptly to healthcare professionals Experience Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly desirable Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and hospice care practices Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders Hands-on experience with medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and care plan implementation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting with patient transfers or mobility needs Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in healthcare settings Strong background in patient monitoring, assisted living procedures, and long-term care environments Join us in delivering compassionate, professional care that empowers individuals to live their best lives at home. Pay:
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
