In-home Caregiver / Companion (Evening and weekend help needed!)

Christian Servants Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide essential one-on-one support to individuals in their homes. This role involves assisting the client with daily living activities, ensuring safety and well-being, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of the client.

Schedule:

Thues, Thurs, Fri Evenings 5p-7/8p, Occasional Fri mornings 8a-10a, Saturday 8a-10a, Sun 8a-10a & 5p-7/8p. Looking for someone to cover all or partial hours needed

Requirements:

Must be compassionate and highly reliable . Must have good communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license Must possess a reliable vehicle and insurance. Skills Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, group home, or hospice settings is a plus. Strong patient observation skills to monitor changes in health status effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Familiarity with caregiving techniques related to patient transfers is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and manager. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
