In Home Caregiver (Full-Time)

We're currently seeking trusted Caregivers to join our team and help in providing exceptional care to our clients. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate On-Call Caregiver to assist with short notice caregiving shifts as needed. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who can respond quickly to fill open shifts and provide quality care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, and ensuring client safety and comfort. Responsibilities Respond to short notice shift requests when available Provide compassionate, respectful care to clients Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Help with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and toileting if needed Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping and laundry Communicate changes in client condition to supervisors Maintain professionalism and reliability at all times

Qualifications:

• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to pass a background check
• A heart for compassionate, high-quality in-home care
• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
