In Home Caregiver (On-Call)

We're currently seeking trusted Caregivers to join our team and help in providing exceptional care to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with all necessary personal care activities
• Carry out tasks outlined in the client's personal care service plan
• Support a clean, safe, and well-organized living environment for the client
• Build and maintain clear communication and professional relationships with clients, their families, and team members
• Provide reminders for clients to take their self-administered medications

Qualifications:

• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to pass a background check
• A heart for compassionate, high-quality in-home care
• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
