The pipeline is consistent, the process is proven, and the infrastructure has been built and refined to maximize your close rate — not just your opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running pre-qualified in-home appointments backed by a system designed for high-volume closing Closing high-ticket window and door deals with real infrastructure behind every step Earning $1,200-$1,800 per deal, with top closers consistently sealing 10-15 deals per month Realistic first-year earnings of $250K-$400K+

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of direct sales or in-home sales experience A proven track record closing high-ticket deals Someone who thrives when the system is dialed in and execution is the only variable Strong work ethic and a serious desire to maximize earning potential The system is refined.
