In- Home Occupational Therapist- NJ DDD Support and Community Care Program

Job Summary:

TempoCare is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services in-home for a client within the NJ DDD Supports and Community Care Program . This position is open immediately!

Occupational Therapist Hours Needed:

1-3 hours /week

Occupational Therapist Rate:

$75 per hour

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities May Include:

• Evaluate eligibility and need for occupational therapy services
• Enhancing abilities by using a variety of techniques and/or therapeutic intervention strategies.
• Providing appropriate therapeutic services
• Preparing Evaluation Reports
