THE SPECIFICS

About the Position & What You Do In-home sales with homeowners who are interested in getting their home painted. This is a consultative based sales process (not high pressure). The majority of leads are generated by the company and the majority of appointments are set by our office managers. Some of your time will be spent generating business from affiliated businesses like real estate agents, property managers, interior designers, roofing companies and more. Most of your time is spent doing pre set estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up The rest of your time is spent on team building, meetings, company training events, and administrative tasks to ensure customers have a great experience after they sign up with our company. All training is provided and is a never ending focus
