Trust comes before revenue — sometimes by months. You'll work with: Insurance agents who test credibility before referring you Property managers who expect contractors to disappoint Homeowners who need patience, clarity, and support Your job is to stay steady, competent, and accountable; especially when it's uncomfortable. What You'll Be Doing Building long-term relationships with referral partners Guiding homeowners through an emotional, complex process Managing opportunities from first conversation to signed contract Asking for the business with confidence without pressure or manipulation Who Thrives Here Thinks in years, not transactions Does what they say they'll do Stays calm when outcomes are uncertain Takes responsibility when things go wrong Genuinely cares about client outcomes
