You will be knocking doors and meeting homeowners face-to-face, presenting roofing and exterior solutions, and closing high-ticket contracts on the spot and through follow-ups . Contract price points go from 2k-50k+ This is a full cycle closing position. You may have the opportunity to take over flow marketing leads as they come in. What You'll Do Prospect and find home owners who could use our services. Services include roof cleaning and Sealant, Roofing replacement , Siding, Gutters, and exterior solutions Close deals in-home or during follow-up visits Manage your own pipeline and follow-up system Maintain high closing ratios and daily production targets Compensation 5% commission on all company-generated (set) leads 10% on Roof Cleaning/Sealant services 15% commission on self-generated high ticket closed deals Uncapped earning potential ($100K
