Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a hands-on In-House Social Content Creator to bring our social content strategy to life through high-performing short-form video.
This role is execution-focused:
you'll film, edit, and appear on camera to create scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You'll work closely with our strategy and brand teams, but you'll own the end-to-end creation of assigned content—from concept execution to final delivery. What You'll Do Film and edit short-form social videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Bring content prompts and briefs to life through on-camera performance, visual storytelling, and platform-native execution Appear on camera to create UGC-style content (talking head, demos, lifestyle, trend-driven formats) Own the full execution of assigned content: filming, editing, revisions, and delivery Apply platform trends, hooks, pacing, captions, and formats to maximize performance within defined content themes Stay deeply plugged into social trends, emerging formats, and creator best practices Collaborate with strategists, marketers, and brand partners to refine execution and improve results Track basic performance metrics and recommend execution-level optimizations (hooks, pacing, framing, delivery) Who You Are A hands-on creator who thrives with clear direction and full execution ownership Comfortable, confident, and natural on camera Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, storytelling, and short-form editing Able to balance creativity with brand guidelines and visual consistency Organized, reliable, and capable of managing deadlines independently Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve content performance over time Must-Haves Experience creating short-form video content (brand, UGC, freelance, or personal projects) Comfortable filming yourself and others Solid editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats Willingness to learn and apply basic social performance analytics Portfolio or samples showing videos you personally filmed and edited Nice-to-Haves UGC or creator-economy experience Experience working from content briefs or editorial calendars Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio setup
