Job Description

The In-Process Quality Technician supports quality assurance activities within a cGMP manufacturing environment by performing AQL inspections, reviewing batch records, monitoring GMP compliance, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Location:
Royston, Georgia Pay:
$21.00•25.00/hour + shift differentials
Available Shifts:
1st
Shift:
6:00 AM•4:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
4:00 PM•2:30 AM (+$1 differential)
Weekend Shift:
Fri-Sun, 5:00 AM•5:00 PM (+$1.50 differential)
Responsibilities:
Perform AQL inspections and in-process quality checks per SOPs and batch records Review batch records, releases, and production documentation for accuracy and completeness Conduct line clearances, equipment verification checks, and scale calibration checks Verify product specifications, lot numbers, expiration dates, and packaging components Monitor production areas for cleanliness, GMP compliance, and safety requirements Support investigations, deviations, non-conformances, and QA hold processes Collect, label, retain, and document product samples as required Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Follow all cGMP, GDP, SOP, and PPE/safety requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Previous Quality Assurance or manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Experience working in cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments is a plus This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
