What You'll Be Doing This role is all about real interaction and real results. You'll be positioned in high-footfall retail environments where your day revolves around engaging, educating, and supporting customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

Starting conversations with customers and introducing current in-store promotions Representing services such as high-speed internet, mobile plans, and bundled packages Breaking down product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear, relatable way Understanding what customers need and guiding them toward the right solutions Supporting customers through the sign-up or enrollment process during campaigns Working toward individual and team performance targets Contributing to a positive, professional, and engaging in-store atmosphere Training & Development No experience? No problem. Bol Partners provides hands-on training designed to build your confidence and capability from day one. You'll learn how to communicate effectively in face-to-face environments, deliver engaging product presentations, understand customer needs, and recommend the right solutions. You'll also develop the confidence to handle questions and objections while working within fast-paced retail campaigns. Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced team leaders will support your growth as you progress. Compensation & Progression Weekly pay with a base rate plus commissions and performance-based bonuses. Average earnings range between $925 - $1000 per week.
