In-Store Sampling CPG Snack

Job Summary Represent an exciting, better-for-you snack brand during in-store demos at local grocers. Each shift is approximately 3 hours, plus 1 hour for setup and breakdown (total 4 hours per shift). Represent the brand in a professional manner, be friendly and engaging, and inspire customers to taste and discover a delicious new product. Offer samples, answer questions, share product knowledge, and help drive trial and sales. Wear a branded t-shirt and hat, set up and break down an easy branded demo table, count inventory at the start and end of each shift, and keep track of bags purchased. Training with brand and product talking points will be provided, and you must follow the approved talking points during each demo. Shifts will be scheduled in advance. Bring great energy, have fun, and share your enthusiasm for a healthy, great-tasting new product. Responsibilities Offer samples, answer questions, share product knowledge, and help drive trial and sales. Set up and break down an easy branded demo table Count inventory at the start and end of each shift Keep record of bags purchased during shift Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product information, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Support sales efforts by encouraging product trial and guiding customers through purchasing decisions Maintain cleanliness and organization of sampling stations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Training with brand and product talking points will be provided, and you must follow the approved talking points during each demo. Experience Previous experience in food service, retail, or event marketing is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer interactions and feedback Experience managing social media platforms or creating content is a plus Proven ability in sales or upselling techniques to promote products effectively Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening Must have car to transport portable demo table and product inventory to the store for the shift; public transportation makes this very difficult.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
