Inbound Call Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and attentive Inbound Call Operator to join our healthcare support team. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments efficiently using electronic health record systems Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information in compliance with privacy regulations Collaborate with healthcare staff to relay important messages or follow-up instructions to patients Demonstrate strong analysis skills by assessing caller needs and directing them to appropriate departments or resources Requirements Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Proficient computer skills including data entry, electronic health records, and basic office software Demonstrated phone etiquette with a positive attitude towards customer interactions Ability to analyze caller needs quickly and respond appropriately with professionalism and empathy

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
