What We Offer $25-$40 per hour effective earnings — paid as a flat rate per job, so efficient cleaners earn more Paid within 24-48 hours of job completion — no waiting until Friday You control your schedule — accept the jobs that fit your availability, decline the ones that don't Consistent job flow — we handle all client acquisition so you focus on cleaning First access to new jobs for contractors with strong performance records Tips — clients tip regularly on quality work What You'll Be Doing Performing residential cleaning services including standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and Airbnb turnovers Working independently at client homes throughout Broward County Following our quality checklist for each service type Communicating job updates by phone call and text message Requirements Minimum 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience — non-negotiable Reliable transportation — you will travel to client locations across Broward County Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Smartphone for call and text communication Strong attention to detail and time management Professional, trustworthy, and client-ready demeanor Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S. This Is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position You will receive a 1099-NEC at year end. You are responsible for your own taxes, supplies, and transportation. This is not an employee position and does not include benefits or guaranteed hours. Estimated availability ranges from 10-30 hours per week depending on client volume and your accepted jobs.
