(Department of Transportation) regulations Hazardous materials transportation Commercial driving Tanker Endorsement Full Job Description Elan Fuel Services, LLC is seeking experienced Independent Contractor CDL-A Drivers for chemical transportation operations. This is a high-revenue opportunity for professional tanker drivers looking for consistent freight and long-term partnership potential.Compensation Structure:
66%-68% of linehaul revenue (based on experience), 90% of Fuel Surcharge (FSC), and 75% of all accessorial billings.Schedule :
TBD based on chemical freight demand and availability.Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license with Tanker & Hazmat endorsement, strong safety record and clean MVR, minimum of 2 years prior chemical or bulk liquid experience, must meet all DOT and company compliance standards, and must operate as an independent contractor. Contractor Compliance Requirements (Onboarding) : Active Commercial Auto Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation or Occupational Accident Coverage (as required), current Vehicle Registration and Cab Card, IRS Form 2290 (Heavy Highway Use Tax), andFHWA/DOT
Operating Authority documentation. Tractor needs to be less than 10 years old and a Compressor/Pump is preferred. Option to Purchase through carrier if needed. Contractors also have the option to purchase required insurance through approved vendors provided by the company. Contractors are responsible for all operating expenses including fuel, maintenance, permits, tolls, and equipment upkeep.What We Offer:
