• 8th grade Christian Schools International accredited school, located near Wellsburg, Iowa, is in search of a part-time to full-time individualized instruction coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year.

This position is offered to be part time to full time. All candidates should strive to model Christ and participate actively in the Christian church community. This position description for teacher has a two-fold description. The first is in regard to tasks that have been assigned under this title and the second is in regard to the qualifications necessary for employment.

Description of Tasks:

Individualized Instructor duties include but are not limited to: teaching individualized instruction, high achievers, be available for supports in Kindergarten

• 8th grade classrooms, handle any 504s or IEPs and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Professional

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with Instructional Strategist Endorsement
• A valid state certification to teach.
• Successful elementary teaching experience. Spiritual
• Possess a knowledge of the Bible and its teachings.
• Possess a knowledge of God's will for his/her life.
• Evidence of a long-standing commitment to personal growth in his/her daily walk with Christ.
• Evidence of a commitment to the spiritual growth of colleagues and youth.
• Be in agreement with the statements of faith of the school.
• Lives in accord with the spiritual principles of 1 Timothy 3: 1-7.
