Job Description:

Cooper Disposal is seeking an experienced and dependable Roll-Off Driver to join our team. This position is roll-off containers only (no residential or rear-load routes). The ideal candidate takes pride in safe driving, customer service, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently Deliver, swap, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations Secure and tarp loads in compliance with DOT regulations Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate route and disposal documentation Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Keep truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly Requirements Valid CDL Class A/B Clean driving record Roll-off experience
