Job Description
2nd Shift Industrial Electrician | Rapidly Growing Manufacturer | Monday-Friday Schedule | East Central Pennsylvania gpac is partnered with a rapidly expanding national manufacturer seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician for their 2nd Shift team (1pm-9pm, Monday through Friday) at their East Central Pennsylvania facility. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and automated equipment throughout the facility while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and code specifications Install, troubleshoot, inspect, calibrate, and maintain industrial electrical equipment Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, barcode systems, thermal printers, compressors, and facility equipment Diagnose and repair PLCs, AC/DC drives, motor controls, process controls, and building systems Execute work orders and accurately document maintenance activities within CMMS Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and PM procedure enhancements Assemble, install, repair, and replace wiring, conduits, fixtures, switch boxes, feeders, and related components What We're Looking For Active Pennsylvania Master Electrician License Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Knowledge of high and low voltage systems, relay logic, PLCs, and motor circuitry Experience with electrical installations, upgrades, and industrial automation systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What's In It For You Competitive compensation Excellent benefits package Stable Monday-Friday schedule Career growth and advancement opportunities Opportunity to work with a company investing heavily in expansion and modernization If you're an experienced Industrial Electrician looking for a stable company with strong growth potential, we'd love to connect.
