• Friday (8am to 5pm) (5pm-9pm), Saturday 3pm
• 9pm, Sunday 11am
• 7pm

Rate:

$28

• 32 per hour

Immediate Need:

Swoyersville, Pa; Kingston, Pa Swoyersville, Pa

• Monday through Friday 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 3:00pm to 9pm, Sunday 11am to 7:00pm Kingston, PA
• 9 hours a day 5 days a week/ accompaniment with transportation, ESY and medical appointments.

Responsibilities:

One to One patient care in home/school environment Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies Patient assessments; coordination of care Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:
