Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage equipment in industrial settings. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately perform wiring and maintenance tasks. Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues effectively. Maintain compliance with electrical codes such as NEC (National Electrical Code) standards during installations and repairs. Support renovation projects by updating or replacing outdated wiring systems on construction sites. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently. Follow all safety protocols related to electrical work, including proper handling of schematics and adherence to construction site safety practices. Proven experience as an industrial electrician with strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems. Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, blueprints reading, and low/high voltage systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment confidently. Knowledge of NEC standards and safety regulations related to electrical installations. Hands-on experience with construction framing carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues quickly.
