2-3-2 rotating shift 7A-7P & 7P-7A & also daylight 7-3 positions are available Job Description This role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical components of industrial equipment in a modern industrial facility. You will work on three-phase wiring, motor controls, and PLCs while interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and schematics. The position offers rotating 12-hour shifts as well as standard daylight schedules, providing variety in work hours and exposure to a wide range of electrical systems. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical components and systems on industrial equipment. Perform three-phase industrial wiring and ensure safe and compliant electrical installations. Troubleshoot electrical issues on internal equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Work with motor control systems, including installation, adjustment, and repair of control circuits and components. Assist with PLC-related tasks, including basic diagnostics and support for automated equipment. Essential Skills At least 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician. Strong knowledge of three-phase industrial wiring and motor control systems. Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate degree in a related field preferred. Journeyman-level experience or equivalent training preferred. Experience working in an industrial facility environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and daylight schedules as required. Effective communication skills to collaborate with maintenance and production teams. Why Work Here?
