You will leverage your expertise in CNC systems and electrical diagnostics to minimize downtime and drive operational efficiency across our facility. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions in CNC machinery to maintain high production output. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure and laser marking systems. Execute advanced electrical troubleshooting to identify and correct circuit or component failures. Optimize the reliability of industrial automation equipment through proactive monitoring and calibration. Analyze PLC logic to identify root causes of system interruptions and implement effective technical solutions. Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics to support long-term reliability initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in CNC machine repair and mechanical maintenance. Advanced proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and circuit analysis. Strong technical aptitude for PLC troubleshooting and system diagnostics. Ability to interpret technical schematics and equipment manuals. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with CNC plasma cutting technology. Background in industrial automation and control systems integration. Familiarity with laser marking equipment maintenance. Certification in industrial electronics or mechatronics.
