5/11/2026 Job Description LaborMax is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping,
• vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Conduct industrial cleaning operations to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist in custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain facilities by performing upkeep as needed.
• Carry out commercial cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience in custodial or janitorial work
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform residential painting tasks as needed for upkeep.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility occupants.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
