Picture a typical day:

you scan incoming work orders, prioritize an unexpected equipment alarm, swap over to a scheduled preventive task, and then collaborate with teammates to prepare a new line for installation. You thrive on solving problems under pressure while keeping safety and reliability front and center. What you'll tackle day-to-day Own routine maintenance and corrective repairs across building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to spot issues early and maintain compliance with safety standards. Respond quickly to maintenance requests and urgent calls to reduce downtime. Document all maintenance actions, parts used, and results with precision. Partner with the team to build and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Assist with installing and commissioning new equipment and systems. Uphold 5S principles to maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work environment. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus. Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable industrial maintenance role. Strong knowledge of blow molding or filler machines; hydraulic and pneumatic systems; the ability to read schematics and blueprints; and work confidently with 480-volt, 3-phase motors. Exceptional troubleshooting capability and attention to detail. Comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Clear communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and on-call coverage when needed.
